Where to find lemon thyme and marjoram?

I have been trying to find fresh lemon thyme and dried marjoram and cannot find either at regular supermarkets like Coles/Woolworths (Australia). Does anyone know of any boutique or alternate supermarkets/grocers where I might find these?
