Hi! Would someone be kind enough to let me know what these words written in Hindi launguge mean?????

I received a letter yesterday from a dear friend in India, Although he always writes in English the first sentence was in Hindi, please help and let me know what this means so I don't have to ask him. I'm sure it would pleasantly surprise him if I knew. Thank you and have a great weekend everyone! Ooops before I forget here is what he wrote in Hindi, - " Aur ke haal?" and also could someone please tell me how to say "Thank you for caring, and welcome back my best friend" in Hindi????? Thanx♥
