Ultimately you have to go to the school that offers the choice of major that you are interested in. All thing put aside, you need to go where the program you want to enroll in is offered. If NAU has the program you want to enroll in, then go there. If it's ASU that has it, then just deal with all the partying as best you can and stick it out.
