01 vw jetta 2.0 no start no fuel ?

01 jetta 2.0 car over heated, and stalled out the car will not run, has OBD 2 codes p0102, P0201 , P0202, P0203, P0204. The injector circuits are all open, car will start with starting fluid for a brief second. any help would be great. thanks
