Have you ever seen someone FALL off a TREADMILL, causing injury or big damage?

We're in the process of taking care of my grandma's final business since she ped away last week. Any how, there's a ski machine on her porch that I didn't know was broken. I got on it to do some exercise and the thing folded itself up and fell over with me on it. Now I'm 6'5" and 340 pounds and I fell so hard that it did some damage to the floor of the porch which is made out of 2 x 4's. Surprisingly though, I didn't get hurt.
