I need an expert to tell me about this b guitar please?

It is a Cortez B Guitar , looks like a jazz guitar. its woodgrain with one pickup (as like a jazz ) and i just needed to know if anyone knows anyhting about it and what its worth. it says its made in japan. i believe its from the late 60s
