Who makes these birthday knick knacks?

My sister received a knick knack every year for her birthday that had a number of her age on it. They began as a baby girl and then got progressively older as the birthdays came. The girls wore very pretty dresses as well. Please help! I can't find them on the internet. They came from Hallmark.
