If my parents stole my money can i get it back? plz plz plz help!?

ok so my grandparent died about a year ago both in the same year and left my mom a bunch of money now i was 17 at the time and dident think much about any money but the other day i was visiting my grand parents neighborhood and ran across my grandmothers best friend we got to talking and she told me my grandmother left me a bunch of money but i never seen a dime i think my mom and dad stole it only cause there both heroin addicts i know that they had over 30,000$ and within 3months all of it was spent they even took alot of the money that was supost to go to my aunt, witch they are fightin in court about now im just wondering if my grandparents left me money and the only reason i havent heard about it is cause i havent asked any one other than my parents and if they did and my parents spent it all can i get it now that im 18?
