Question for anyone who DRIVES! If your city...?

offered "Speed Pes" would you buy one? Meaning they charged you a monthly fee of $50.00, maybe more maybe less but it allowed you to drive maybe 20 miles over the speed limit would you purchase one? Most city highways are 55 to 65 mph. Of course at a reasonable & prudent speed permitting weather conditions. Obviously you're not going to fly down the road covered in ice. The reason why I ask this is because Phoenix, Arizona is turning into camera central with photo radars everywhere so it would save you, the driver, from getting tickets. I'm not sure if we're the only city who has heavily imposed these photo radars. I guess they could issue you a certain sticker that you would stick on your vehicle, preferably on the rear bumper.
