How do I BCC a list of e-mails but still have THEIR specific name show up in the TO: field?

I have noticed on several e-mails that I get, that are obviosly sent to numerous people at one time, that my name still appears in the TO: field like I am the only one they sent the message to. I would like to be able to do that with my e-mail newsletter as opposed to the message coming addressed to "undisclosed recipiants". Please understand that I am fully aware of how BCC e-mails work. I would just like to know if there is a trick to having the "Name" or even "Business" field appear in the copy they recieve. I am using Outlook Express in conjunction with Publisher 2007 to compile my e-newsletter.
