Can I become an army officer with a GED and a college degree?

I am an 18 year old girl and would like very much to be i the U.S Army. However I had some trouble (no legal troubles or anything permanent like that) my first two years of high school and I am very behind in credits. I am considering getting a GED because of my HS credit deficit. Can you still join the army with a GED and 15 college credits? Going to college and getting a bachelor's degree is very important to me. My ideal plan would go like this - Get GED, get 15 college credits at St. Pete College, join Army Reserve as soon as I have 15 credits, get AA degree from St. Pete college, go to University of South Florida for my bachelor's degree. If I am in the Army Reserve and completed two years at St. Pete College is there any way I would be eligible for ROTC as USF? I would like very much to be an officer if the military, preferably in counterintelligence or something of that sort. If I am not eligible for ROTC is there any other way for me to become an officer? Also, how would I go about making the switch from Army Reserve in college to a full time army career after college? Thank so much for taking the time to read and answer this.
