Any Avon Reps out there? Advice for someone considering it?

I started selling avon a couple months ago. You get your first two campaign brochures free with your sign up and after that I believe it is 5.95 for a set of 10. The more sets you buy the cheaper it is. Shipping is free and if a customer wants to return a product, return shipping is also free. The only hidden fee that I didn't know about was that every campaign order has a $2.50 ordering fee. I really like working for avon because it really is all about helping each other and making women feel good about themselves. I don't sell much, I am focusing more on the leadership program.
