A cop trying to pin petit larceny on my daughter, but having a hard time. Keeps coming back with dif. days??

This cop is harring my daughter; now new dates he came back with the other day-she was out of town with me at a Cancer hospital while I was having my monthly checkups. He is getting relentless, and he is also rude to me-her mother, and her sister that she lives with and I'll tell you, I'm getting very angry about it! Supposedly they have her on film the day she was out of town in this store, NOW HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?? First day he came with a date, I told him, "Impossible because she spent the night with me because we had to leave early in the AM to go out of town to hospital!" Next day he comes looking for her, the date has changed, again, I tell him "Impossible, she was at the hospital with me, and I can get witnesses at the Dr.'s office in the hospital to write depositions if he likes!" He seems like he is grasping at straws, but he hates her, and wants to hang her-but can't quite get the proof. What the heck do we do???
